The Knicks have won and the city is alive! I painted the scene during the game watches in the West Village—which have now been shown on major newscasts, shared by Vogue, you name it—and had the best time painting the games (projected onto the side of a building at the intersection of W 4th St and W 10th St, classic NYC!) and the celebrations after Saturday night’s incredible win.

I have seven Knicks paintings available, and am also including a few new city scene paintings and recently-made lampshades and câche pots with NYC favorites on the sides. I’m also making one Knicks painting into a print and taking preorders for that.

Go New York go New York go!!!

Hello! I’m Clare, a painter working in watercolor and oil. I also accept commissions for custom paintings and make live drawings at private parties and corporate events.

I live and work in NYC and travel often, usually to my home state of Virginia or to the south of France to paint. And when all else fails, I take a visit to the Met for a little escape! Art history shapes much of what I make, and I’m always aiming to continue my education.
