Let’s all join hands and give a yell for dear old U-V-A! The Rotunda series—my most popular paintings—began on a trip back to Charlottesville a few years after graduating, when I made a painting of the Rotunda. The official UVA instagram (@uva) posted it in June 2018 (while I was still working a salaried position), leading to an onslaught of painting requests which ultimately made me realize that I really could turn my painting passion into a full-time job… and then UVA Today wrote a very kind article on me and my artistic practice (read it here). Woohoo!! Wahoo!! I’ve revisited this view time and again, whenever I’m a bit homesick for the beauty that is the Rotunda. A lovely way to bring a bit of Charlottesville into your home, wherever you may be!

These paintings are made-to-order *with preferential Wahoo pricing (already included in the listings)* and have a lead time of approx 6 weeks*. Please note: the Rotunda images shown are examples only, and I paint the piece the way I’d make it for myself or a friend; there are no progress shots or check-ins, as I find the piece works better with this process.
