Bonjour from France!! This summer I was an artist-in-residence with the Leo Marchutz School in Aix-en-Provence for six weeks, spending my days painting en plein air.

This was my last day in Cassis this summer, and I went to a different beach in the afternoon with a dear friend for a lunchtime picnic and a painting session. This spot was in a great little shady spot and I had a beautiful view of the beach as the sun went down. Until next summer, dear Cassis!!
