Bonjour from France!! This summer I was an artist-in-residence with the Leo Marchutz School in Aix-en-Provence for six weeks, spending my days painting en plein air.

Unlike the rest of the artwork in this series, this limited-run linocut is not a painting but an original print, made by carving into a block and individually printing 90 pieces. I ate many a croissant while in Europe this summer, and this is a light-hearted testament to that!
